The rooms provide ample space and are impeccably clean, making for a comfortable environment. The proximity to local restaurants and shopping options adds to the convenience, with the nearby Pakistani eateries serving delightful vegetarian dishes. However, the shuttle service can be overcrowded at times, leading to delays, and some areas felt like they could use more maintenance. Despite these drawbacks, the affordable rates make it a worthwhile stay.

Best value for money with spacious triple rooms.
My stay at Al Hidayah Towers was incredibly frustrating. The shuttle service to Haram was chaotic and overcrowded, causing significant delays. Additionally, the rooms were not properly cleaned, with visible dirt on the carpets and a shower that only provided lukewarm water. It felt like the hotel lacked attention to basic maintenance, which seriously affected my experience.

Al Hidayah Towers is a true masterclass in disappointing. The shuttle service is beyond chaotic, dropping us a tedious 15-20 mins walk from Haram, and don’t even get me started on room cleanliness, downright shameful! As I’m a discerning guest, I expected at least a welcome gift, but I guess they only roll out red carpets for select guests. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Recommend it for families
We got a decent view from our room on the 15th floor that made the stay worthwhile. The staff were genuinely nice, always ready to help us with a smile, especially Habib and Usman, making us feel right at home.
It cost a bit more than I expected but it was still reasonable for what we got.
